Coming into force 1st November 1994
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Part I of Schedule 11 to the Children Act 1989, as applied by section 30(8) of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990, hereby makes the following Order:—
