# The Children (Allocation of Proceedings) (Amendment) Order 1995, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991 by nominating Pontypridd County Court as a Family Hearing Centre and by listing it as a care centre for the purposes of the Order in place of Merthyr Tydfil County Court.
