Article 2 Amendment of Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991

In article 6(2)(c) of the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991^f1, after “of article 3(1)”, there shall be inserted:

under section 11 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (child safety orders)^f2”.
