# The Children (Allocation of Proceedings) (Amendment) Order 1999, Article 2: Amendments to the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991


In Schedule 1 of the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991,
(a) under the heading “Northern Circuit”, after “Manchester County Court”, there shall be inserted “Oldham County Court”;
(b) under the heading “Western Circuit”, there shall be inserted “Barnstaple County Court”.
