  "text": "(1) Schedule 2 shall be amended as provided in the following paragraphs of this article.\n(2) In the section headed “Midland and Oxford Circuit”—\n(a) in the heading, delete “and Oxford”; and\n(b) delete the entries for the petty sessions areas of Abingdon, Barton-on-Humber, Bicester, Brigg, Cambridge, Didcot and Wantage, East Oxfordshire, Ely, Epworth and Goole, Grimsby and Cleethorpes, Henley, Huntingdon, Newmarket, North Oxfordshire and Chipping Norton, North Witchford, Oxford, Peterborough, Scunthorpe, Toseland, Wisbech, Witney and Woodstock.\n(3) In the section headed “North Eastern Circuit”—\n(a) after the entry for the petty sessions area of Gateshead insert—\n“\nGrimsby and Cleethorpes\nKingston-upon-Hull County Court\nGoole and Howdenshire\nKingston-upon-Hull County Court\n”;\n(b) after the entry for the petty sessions area of North Holderness insert—\n“\nNorth Lincolnshire\nKingston-upon-Hull County Court\n”;\nand\n(c) delete the entry for the petty sessions area of Howdenshire.\n(4) In the section headed “South Eastern Circuit”—\n(a) before the entry for the petty sessions area of Ampthill insert—\n“\nAbingdon\nOxford County Court\n”;\n(b) after the entry for the petty sessions area of Bexley insert—\n“\nBicester\nOxford County Court\n”;\n(c) after the entry for the petty sessions area of Dartford insert—\n“\nDidcot and Wantage\nOxford County Court\n”;\n(d) after the entry for the petty sessions area of East Dereham insert—\n“\nEast Oxfordshire\nOxford County Court\n”;\n(e) after the entry for the petty sessions area of Havering insert—\n“\nHenley\nOxford County Court\n”;\n(f) after the entry for the petty sessions area of North Hertfordshire insert—\n“\nNorth Oxfordshire and Chipping Norton\nOxford County Court\n”;\n(g) after the entry for the petty sessions area of Norwich insert—\n“\nOxford\nOxford County Court\n”;\n(h) after the entry for the petty sessions area of Wisbech insert—\n“\nWitney\nOxford County Court\n”;\nand\n(i) after the entry for the petty sessions area of Woodbridge insert—\n“\nWoodstock\nOxford County Court\n”.",
