# The Children (Allocation of Proceedings) (Amendment) Order 2003, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order makes amendments to Schedule 2 to the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991 (S.I. 1991/1677), which allocates care centres to petty sessions areas grouped according to circuit. The amendments make Cambridge County Court a care centre with effect from 1st April 2003.
