# The Children (Allocation of Proceedings) (Amendment) Order 2005, Article 2: Amendments to the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991


In article 1(2)—
(a) omit the definition of “London commission area”; and
(b) for the definition of “petty sessions area” substitute—
““local justice area” has the same meaning as in the Courts Act 2003; and”.
