# The Children (Allocation of Proceedings) (Amendment) Order 2006, Article 4: Amendments to Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991


In Schedule 2 (care centres)—
(a) omit the references to De Maldwyn, North Pembrokeshire, South Pembrokeshire and Welshpool;
(b) after the entry for Miskin, insert—
“
Montgomeryshire
Chester County Court
”;
(c) after the entry for North West Gwent, insert—
“
Pembrokeshire
Swansea County Court
”.
