# The Children (Allocation of Proceedings) (Amendment) Order 2006, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 13th June 2006
Laid before Parliament 15th June 2006
Coming into force 6th July 2006
The Lord Chancellor after consulting the Lord Chief Justice makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Part 1 of Schedule 11 of the Children Act 1989.
