  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nIt has been decided that the Clerkenwell & Shoreditch County Court will become a Family Hearing Centre as defined in article 2 of the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991 (“the 1991 Order”). A Family Hearing Centre is a county court designated for the purposes of hearing cases under Parts III, IV or V of the Children Act 1989. This Order effects this change and amends the 1991 Order to confer Family Centre status upon the Clerkenwell & Shoreditch County Court.\nConsequential amendments are also made following the Local Justice Areas (No 2) Order 2005 (S.I. 2005/2949) which abolished the areas of De Maldwyn, North Pembrokeshire, South Pembrokeshire and Welshpool and created the new areas Montgomeryshire and Pembrokeshire.",
