  "text": "(1) In the section headed “North and West Region” in Schedule 2 (care centres)—\n(a) after the entry for the local justice area of Carlisle and District, insert—\n“\nChester, Ellesmere Port and Neston\nChester County Court\n”;\n(b) after the entry for the local justice area of Fylde Coast, insert—\n“\nHalton\nWarrington County Court\n”;\n(c) after the entry for the local justice area of Liverpool, insert—\n“\nMacclesfield\nWarrington County Court\n”;\n(d) after the entry for the local justice area of Manchester City, insert—\n“\nMontgomeryshire\nChester County Court\n”;\n(e) after the entry for the local justice area of St Helens, insert—\n“\nSouth Cheshire\nStoke-on-Trent County Court\n”; and\n(f) after the entry for the local justice area of Trafford, insert—\n“\nVale Royal\nChester County Court\nWarrington\nWarrington County Court\n”.\n(2) In the section headed “Wales and Cheshire Region” in Schedule 2—\n(a) omit “and Cheshire Region” from the heading “Wales and Cheshire Region”;\n(b) omit the entries for the local justice areas of Chester, Ellesmere Port and Neston, Halton, Macclesfield, Montgomeryshire, South Cheshire, Vale Royal and Warrington; and\n(c) after the entry for the local justice area of Vale of Glamorgan, insert—\n“\nWrexham\nWrexham County Court\n”.",
