  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends Schedule 2 to the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991 (S.I. 1991/1677), which allocates care centres to local justice areas grouped according to region, and Schedule 3 to that Order, which designates certain county courts as adoption centres. The amendments make Wrexham County Court a care centre and an adoption centre with effect from 2nd April 2007, make Wales a separate Region and move some of the entries to the North West Region from the Wales Region.",
