# The Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991, Article 20: Lambeth and Woolwich County Courts


Notwithstanding articles 14, 16 and 17, an application for an order under section 8 or under the Adoption Act 1976 may be commenced and tried in Lambeth County Court or in Woolwich County Court.
