# The Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991, Article 22: Transitional provision – proceedings under Adoption Act 1976


Proceedings under the Adoption Act 1976 which are commenced in a county court prior to the coming into force of this Order may, notwithstanding article 17(1), remain in that court for trial.
