# The Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991, Article 5: Disapplication of enactments about transfer


Sections 38 and 39 of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984 shall not apply to proceedings under the Act or under the Adoption Act 1976.
