  "text": "(1) There is to be paid out of money provided by Parliament—\n(a) any expenses incurred by a Minister of the Crown or a government department under this Act, and\n(b) any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable under any other Act out of money so provided.\n(2) There is to be paid into the Consolidated Fund any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable into that Fund under any other Act.",
