  "text": "(1) A committee or sub-committee of the regulator may include persons who are not members of the regulator.\n(2) The regulator may pay such remuneration and allowances as the Secretary of State may determine to any person who—\n(a) is a member of a committee or sub-committee, but\n(b) is not a member or member of staff of the regulator.",
