# Children and Social Work Act 2017, Paragraph 4


In section 4 of the London Local Authorities Act 1991, in paragraph (c) of the definition of “establishment for special treatment”, after “under the Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001” insert “ or section 39(1) of the Children and Social Work Act 2017 ”.
