# Children and Young Persons Act 1963, Paragraph 6

Extent: E+W+S

(1) In subsection (2) of section 24 for the words “petty sessional court” there shall be substituted the words “local authority”.
(2) In subsection (4) of that section for the word “court”, in both places where it occurs, there shall be substituted the word “authority”.
