# Children and Young Persons Act 2008, Paragraph 1


In section 17(5)(a) of the 1989 Act (facilitation of provision by others of services local authority provide under provisions of Part 3 of that Act)—
(a) for “the authority have power” substitute “it is a function of the authority ”; and
(b) for “23” substitute “22A to 22C ”.
