  "text": "In section 27 of that Act (family relationships) in subsection (5)(c) for sub-paragraph (i) substitute\n“—\n(i) he is a person with whom the child has been placed under section 22C of the Children Act 1989 in a placement falling within subsection (6)(a) or (b) of that section (placement with local authority foster parent),\n(ia) he is a person with whom the child has been placed under section 59(1)(a) of that Act (placement by voluntary organisation),”.",
