# Children and Young Persons Act 2008, Paragraph 6


In paragraph 9 of Schedule 8 (accommodation of children during school holidays) in the second sentence of sub-paragraph (1) for “an appropriate children's home” substitute “a children's home in respect of which a person is registered under Part 2 of the Care Standards Act 2000 ”.
