# Children and Young Persons Act 2008, Paragraph 7


In paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 9A (exemption of certain establishments from Part 10A), in paragraph (a) for “an appropriate children's home” substitute “a children's home in respect of which a person is registered under Part 2 of the Care Standards Act 2000 ”.
