  "text": "Section eleven of the principal Act shall be amended as follows:—\n(a) by the substitution of the word “ twelve ” for the word “seven”; and\n(b) by inserting after the words “fire grate” the words “ or any heating appliance liable to cause injury to a person by contact therewith ”.",
