  "text": "(1) The provisions of this Part and of any regulations made under it shall not apply to a child detained in a training school.\n(2) The provisions of this Part are in addition to any statutory provision—\n(a) relating to the employment of children; or\n(b) for giving effect to any international convention regulating employment.",
