# The Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995, Article 151: Power to exempt children's homes, etc., from inspection


(1) The Department may by order provide that Articles 149 and 150 shall not apply in relation to particular homes or premises specified in the order.
(2) Orders under paragraph (1) shall be subject to negative resolution.
