  "text": "(1) In this Order any reference to a child who is looked after by an authority is a reference to a child who is—\n(a) in the care of the authority; or\n(b) provided with accommodation by the authority.\n(2) In paragraph (1)(b) “accommodation” means accommodation which is provided for a continuous period of more than 24 hours but does not include accommodation provided under Article 34C or 35B.\n(3) Paragraph (1) is subject to Article 2(8).",
