# The Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995, Article 38: Interpretation


In Articles 39 to 43—
“contribution notice” has the meaning given in Article 40(1);
“contribution order” has the meaning given in Article 41(2);
“contributor” has the meaning given in Article 39(1).
