  "text": "(1) In this Order—\n“care order” means (subject to Article 2(2))—\n(a)an order under Article 50(1)(a); and\n(b)an interim care order under Article 57;\n“supervision order” means—\n(a)an order under Article 50(1)(b); and\n(b)an interim supervision order under Article 57;\n“education supervision order” means an order under Article 55(1).\n(2) In this Part “authorised person” means—\n(a) the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children and any of its officers; and\n(b) any person authorised by order of the Department to bring proceedings under Article 50 and any officer of a body which is so authorised.",
