  "text": "(1) In this Order—\n“voluntary home” means a children's home which is carried on by a voluntary organisation;\n“voluntary organisation” means any association carrying on or proposing to carry on any activities otherwise than for the purpose of gain by the association or by individual members.\nParas. (2) & (3) rep. by 2003 NI 9\n(4) Any reference in this Part to an authority in relation to a voluntary home is a reference to the authority in whose area the home is, or is to be, situated.",
