Regulation 35 Broadcast and recorded performances for which a licence is not required

Regulations 36 to 40 of these Regulation shall apply in the case of a child taking part in a performance for which by reason of section 37(3)(a) of the Act a licence is not required, being a broadcast performance or a performance to be recorded (by whatever means) with a view to its use in a broadcast or in a film intended for public exhibition.
