# The Children (Performances) Regulations 1968, Regulation 4: Particulars to sent be to a local authority under section 39(3) of the Act


Where a place of performance specified in a licence is in the area of another local authority, the licensing authority shall send to that local authority a copy of the application form and the licence and such other information, if any, relating to the child as they think appropriate.
