# The Children (Performances) Regulations 1968, Regulation 5: Records to be kept by the holder of a licence under section 39(5) of the Act


The holder of a licence shall keep the records specified in Schedule 3 to these Regulations, and shall retain them for six months after the performance or last performance to which the licence relates.
