# The Children (Protection at Work) (No. 2) Regulations 2000, Regulation 2: Amendments of the Act


(1) In section 18(1) of the Act (restrictions on employment of children), after paragraph (d) the following paragraph is inserted—
“(da) for more than twelve hours in any week in which he is required to attend school; or”.
