  "text": "(1) Section 42 (licences for children and young persons performing abroad) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), for “the purpose of performing for profit” substitute “certain purposes”.\n(3) In subsection (2), after “granted” insert “in relation to a purpose referred to in subsection (1)(a) of that section”.",
