  "text": "In section 8 of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions)(Scotland) Act 1966 (variation and recall of certain orders in respect of maintenance, custody etc.)—\n(a) in subsection (1), after paragraph (c) insert—\n“(cc) an order under section 11 of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 (orders in respect of parental responsibilities etc.) or under any earlier enactment relating to the custody, care or supervision of a child, or access to a child;”; and\n(b) in subsection (6), in the definition of “sheriff”, in paragraph (a), for the words “or (c)” substitute “ , (c) or (cc) ”.",
