  "text": "(1) The Land Compensation (Scotland) Act 1973 shall be amended in accordance with this paragraph.\n(2) In section 35(3) (disturbance payments where modification of dwelling required for disabled person), in paragraph (a), after “1968” insert “ or section 23 of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.\n(3) In section 80(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “disabled person”—\n(a) after “means” insert\n“— ”; and\n(a)\n(b) after “1972” insert\n“; and\n(b) a child in need within the meaning of section 93(4)(a)(iii) of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995”.",
