  "text": "In section 2 of the Family Law (Scotland) Act 1985 (actions for aliment)—\n(a) in subsection (2), for paragraph (c) substitute—\n“(c) concerning parental responsibilities or parental rights (within the meaning of sections 1(3) and 2(4) respectively of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995) or guardianship in relation to children;”; and\n(b) in subsection (4)(c), for sub-paragraph (iii) substitute—\n“(iii) a person with whom the child lives or who is seeking a residence order (within the meaning of section 11(2)(c) of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995) in respect of the child.”.",
