In section 1(2)(a)(ii) (application), of the Horses (Protective Headgear for Young Riders) Act 1990, for the word “custody” substitute “ parental responsibilities (within the meaning given by section 1(3) of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995) in relation to, or has ”.
