# Children (Scotland) Act 1995, Paragraph 58


In Article 70(7) of the Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 (enactments not to apply where child given refuge), in sub-paragraph (c), for the words “section 71 of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968” substitute “ section 83 of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
