# Children (Scotland) Act 2020, Section 12: Arrangements for contact services

Status: prospective

(1) The Children (Scotland) Act 1995 is modified as follows.
(2) After section 101D (which is inserted by section 11(2) of this Act) insert—
“Contact services: arrangements by Scottish Ministers
101E The Scottish Ministers may enter into an arrangement with a person for the provision of services to facilitate contact between children and other individuals.”.
