Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Children (Secure Accommodation) Amendment Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 23rd June 1995.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Children (Secure Accommodation) Regulations 1991f1.
