# The Children (Secure Accommodation) Regulations 1991, Regulation 4: Placement of a child aged under 13 in secure accommodation in a community home


A child under the age of 13 years shall not be placed in secure accommodation in a community home without the prior approval of the Secretary of State to the placement of that child.
