  "text": "(1) The title of these Regulations is the Children (Secure Accommodation) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2016.\n(2) These Regulations come into force on 6 April 2016 immediately after the coming into force of The Children (Secure Accommodation) (Wales) Regulations 2015.\n(3) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.",
