# The Children (Secure Accommodation) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2016, Regulation 1: Title, commencement and application


(1) The title of these Regulations is the Children (Secure Accommodation) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2016.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 6 April 2016 immediately after the coming into force of The Children (Secure Accommodation) (Wales) Regulations 2015.
(3) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
