Regulation 1 Title, application, interpretation and commencement

The title of these Regulations is the Children (Secure Accommodation) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2018.

These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
(3)
In these Regulations, “the Secure Accommodation Regulations” means the Children (Secure Accommodation) (Wales) Regulations 2015f1.

These Regulations come into force on 2 April 2018.
