Regulation 2 Prescribed intervals for inspections
(1)
This regulation applies to a children’s centref1 established on or before 31st August 2010.
(2)
The Chief Inspectorf2 must inspect the children’s centre—
(a)
on or before 31st August 2015, and
(b)
thereafter, on or before the fifth anniversary of the previous inspection of the centre.
