# The Children’s Centres (Inspections) Regulations 2010, Regulation 3: Prescribed intervals for inspections


(1) This Regulation applies to a children’s centre established on or after 1st September 2010.
(2) The Chief Inspector must inspect the children’s centre—
(a) on or before the fifth anniversary of the date on which the centre was established, and
(b) thereafter, on or before the fifth anniversary of the previous inspection of the centre.
