In Rule 5(1)(a) of the Children’s Hearings (Legal Representation) (Scotland) Rules 2001 for “the Social Work (Panels of Persons to Safeguard the Interests of Children) (Scotland) Regulations 2001” substitute “the Panels of Persons to Safeguard the Interests of Children (Scotland) Regulations 2001”.
