Article 2 Amendment of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Rules 1996

In rule 20(6)(b) (conduct of children’s hearing considering case on referral or at review of supervision requirement) of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Rules 1996^f1 for “carried out the procedures” to the end substitute “complied with the requirements of regulation 7 of the Looked After Children (Scotland) Regulations 2009”.
